The Beginning

Our founder saw a need for a network of support for law enforcement spouses. Badge Wives was born in Tampa Bay with a simple mission: connect, support, and empower the families behind the badge.

Official Status

Badge Wives became a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our founding board of directors was established, and we welcomed our first official membership class.

With over 60 members across four counties representing 14 partner agencies, our positive impact is felt not just by our members but by the entire law enforcement community.

First Conference

We hosted our inaugural "Road to Resiliency for Law Enforcement Families" conference, bringing together spouses and officers for a day of education, connection, and healing.
